June Ryll Update

Warning! This month's news brief is more like a set of minutes from a Council Meeting than anything else! But it has to be done.
There is good information in it just the same, so read on:
The first order of business is that I am a bit behind in a jam packed summer. I had a fairly aggressive stomach virus that lasted a good 3.5 weeks! I am now trying to stay up to-date will getting caught up.
The second order of business is this particular e-mail. Effectively it is just a simple test run to make sure I have transferred all of my addresses correctly. Crossed my T's and dotted my i's!
I have been working long and hard on how to get to a simple form for distribution of information. The idea I alluded to in June's Mission Brief did not pan out like I thought.
So let me you get everyone up to speed. I am going back to my original e-mail service. This is the one that some of have signed up for on my website. The rest I have entered in from the records that I have. This list is controlled by me but is processed through Mail Chimp, so check your spam filters! It may not be fancy, but I can send along a lot of cool stuff on the media front.
The third order of business is about communications in general. I have switched my web host because I was getting lost in structure at the cost of content. I think I finally knew enough about how to run all of this to be able to find the right service.
If you visit www.fontandtomb.com you will find a new look and some missing information. I will be backfilling promotional materials as I update them and devotion posts as I have time. I will be using my fontandtomb.posterious.com site for mobile interactions and heavy media content.
There are a few videos up now, and as I am learning how to do those, there will be more. Including the fabled mission videos. My closing interview with Hannah may be of note (this was posted for the benefit of the City Park community as she was the first of three to have gone home in June).
I will also have my dropbox public folder set up soon so the videos can be downloaded. All of these updates will be up on my website, facebook, twitter, etc.
The final order of business is, let's talk soon! Get ahold of me so we can schedule a video chat, phone call or something. Much is going on. International Ministries of the Hungarian Lutheran Church in Hungary is on schedule for launch in September along with Mission 2.0.
So we will close this first designed, implimented and distributed Mission Brief, all from my iPad, with some good content. This is an article I wrote for the Pedegogical Magazine for Lutheran Schools. Check it, it is the single biggest accomplishment of my sicktime!!!
The peace of the Lord be with you,
Pr. Scott
