Short-Term Missions FAQ

Application Process

1.  Download the Application Packet and Cover Letter below.  NOTE: If you are a returning team member you will download the Alumni Application Packet.

2.  If applying for a Russia trip, also download the Russia Team Member Addendum (St. Petersburg or FELC) and print and fill out all additional paperwork, including the VISA Application (included).***

3.  If you don’t have a passport, apply for one immediately.

4.  Complete the application packet and return it to the EEMN Southwest Office
(EEMN, Attn. Sally Moberly, 10000 Spain Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111).

5.  You will be contacted regarding acceptance to your requested trip. You will then receive a training guide and preparatory materials. 

6.  Mandatory online (or alternate on case by case basis) team training sessions will be held bi-monthly, beginning in February, or starting about 3 months prior to your scheduled trip departure.
