Getting Started 

1. Download the EasyGiving form below. If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program, download it at http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
2. Along with your completed form, include a voided check form the bank you intend to you use. This will provide the necessary banking informaion to begin the EasyGiving service.
3. Mail the completed form and your check to EEMN, 5100 Edina Industrial Blvd. Suite 231C, Minneapolis, MN 55439
