Pastor Alexandar Gross is a native of the Ukraine, and has a true passion for the youth of the nation. He had a vision a number of years ago for youth Bible Camps, and because of that vision, he was able to start Gloria Camps, which have been operating now for the past seven years all over the Ukraine.
Pastor Gross now has a new vision to start a youth Bible training center in Novogradovka, Ukraine, just outside of Odesa, where youth could be theologically trained for ministry. He sees a great need to train the next generation of church leaders, and sees a deficiency in the current training opportunities, of which there is only one. They must travel thousands of kilometers to St. Petersburg, Russia to get this training, and even if they can get there, theschool has other issues. A great financial foundation is required for this to take place, because it would require renovating an old church building in Novogradovka to support a school.
